Expert Bio

Binay Prasad is a Ph.D. candidate in the Latin American Studies Programme at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His area of research interests include the diplomatic history of India and Latin America and the Caribbean region. He has conducted extensive research at the National Archives of India and is currently writing a dissertation on Latin American perceptions of the South Asian political issues during the early years of India’s independence.
