Brandon Kirk Williams is a Ph.D. Candidate in International History and United States History at the University of California, Berkeley. His dissertation is titled “Making Global Labor and Globalization: The ILO’s Webs of Labor and Sovereignty Development in Postcolonial India and Indonesia.” He will be a Fulbright-Hays Fellow for Indonesia during the 2017-2018 academic year.
