Full Biography
Chris Miller is Assistant Professor of International History at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where he serves as Co-director of the Russia and Eurasia Program. He also serves as Eurasia Research Director at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. He is the author of two books, The Struggle to Save the Soviet Economy: Mikhail Gorbachev and the Collapse of the USSR (North Carolina, 2016) and Putinomics: Power and Money in Resurgent Russia (North Carolina, 2018). He received a Ph.D. in history from Yale University in 2015 and an A.B. in history from Harvard University.
