Full Biography
Cynthia Garcia is a Program Associate at the Kennan Institute. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, she received a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she concentrated her studies in International Security and International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Before Fletcher, she gained knowledge and expertise in the non-profit sector as a 2013 Teach for America corps member in Eastern North Carolina. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Florida and has traveled to Russia three times.
