Expert Bio

Daniil Monin is an independent economic expert in the areas of tax policy, public finance, macroeconomics, and reforms in economic and social spheres. Daniil worked with the Ukrainian Institute of the Future (2018–2022) and the Office of the President of Ukraine (2023) on tax and pension reforms, among other issues.
