Debak Das is a PhD candidate at the Department of Government, Cornell University. He holds an M.Phil in Diplomacy and Disarmament and an M.A. in Politics and International Relations from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Debak is currently writing his dissertation on the politics of nuclear force structures with a specific focus on regional powers.
