Emilia Quintana is a Mexican lawyer specializing in human rights and public policy. She has worked at the Mexican Supreme Court, focusing on constitutional research, human rights law, and landmark cases on children’s rights. Committed to social justice, she has also engaged in pro-bono litigation and advocacy. Emilia is currently an intern at the Wilson Center’s Mexico Institute and pursuing an LL.M. at Georgetown University to deepen her focus on human rights and public interest law.
