Full Biography
Emma Brown is a Staff Intern at the Canada Institute this spring. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A in International Studies along with minors in French and Economics. She is currently pursuing a Master of International Affairs with a concentration in Global Environmental and Energy Policy at the Elliot School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. Emma has previously worked with the GTM Bureau of the State Department under the Diplomat in Residence of Southern California, Hawaii, and Nevada, as well as the economic sector of the U.S. Embassy in Paris as an intern.
