Emma recently graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a major in Political Science and a minor in History. During her undergraduate studies, she gained practical experience researching and recommending policy at the American Bar Association and the George W. Bush Institute. She also expanded her global outlook through study abroad programs at University College, Oxford, and in Amman, Jordan, where she worked with Relief International at the Azraq Refugee Camp. Emma aspires to use her time at the Wilson Center to prepare for law school and advance her future legal efforts in sustainable immigration policy and international human rights advocacy.
