Guillermo Lemus is a native Montrealer of Salvadoran descent. His cultural diversity is the cornerstone of his personal and professional life, influencing his approach to the world.

Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, Guillermo effortlessly navigates diverse linguistic landscapes, allowing him to connect with individuals from all walks of life. His passion for cultural understanding and international connections drives his commitment to mastering additional languages, currently focusing on Arabic and German.

Before attending school, Guillermo's career began in 2017 in recruitment at IvyScale & SCGC in Montreal, Canada. He conducted extensive research for executive-level positions in venture capital, consulting, and the tech industry, hiring top-tier talent from prestigious institutions across the world.

After moving to the American West Coast, Guillermo graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from BYU-Idaho, with an emphasis in Public Policy and Administration, before pursuing an Internship in D.C. with Congressman Correa’s Office.

Beyond his professional and academic endeavors, Guillermo is an avid learner, opera connoisseur, and hockey fan.
