Full Biography

Iñigo is Meta's Director of Public Policy for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean where he works on issues related to the Internet and the company’s mission of giving people the power to build community and bringing the world closer together. Before joining Meta, Iñigo worked for twelve years within the executive and judicial branches of the Mexican federal government where he dealt with different policy and legal issues. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and a master’s degree in comparative politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Iñigo has been a professor of criminal law at Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and has written numerous articles in academic journals and magazines.
