Full Biography
Iulian Toader is a Ph.D. candidate in History at the University of Bucharest. His thesis examines Romania’s Western policy and the U.S.-Romanian relations in the context of the East-West détente. Between 2015-2016, he was the recipient of the Fulbright Student Award.
