Kieran Williams teaches political science at Drake University in Des Moines and was previously at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University College London. His books include The Prague Spring and its Aftermath (Cambridge University Press, 1997), Václav Havel (Reaktion Books, 2016) and, with Dennis Deletant, Security Intelligence Services in New Democracies (Palgrave Macmillan, 2000).
