Liliane Stadler is a lecturer in the History of International Relations at Utrecht University and focuses on neutral states in multilateral diplomacy. She holds a DPhil in History and an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford, and was a Wilson Center Swiss Scholar in 2019.
