Lilly Ott

Lilly Ott is an intern with the Wilson Center's Wahba Institute for Strategic Competition. During her time with WISC, she's researched carbon intensity measurements and emerging legislation focusing on decarbonization, such as the PROVE IT Act. She is a third-year undergraduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology majoring in International Affairs and minoring in Russian.
