Mahnaz Vahdati is a graduate student at the University of Maine pursuing a dual masters degree in Global Policy and MBA. Her focus is primarily on the peace building and gender-mainstreaming in the Middle East. Mahnaz has conducted research on women’s representation and gender-based issues in the Middle East, and she speaks Farsi (Persian) fluently.
