Randa Loutfi

Randa A. Loutfi is the Director of Programs at the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), a US based organization with offices in the MENA region and Greece. She oversees the delivery of healthcare services in Syria and neighboring countries in response to the ongoing crises and massive displacement. This includes establishing medical facilities operated by local medical teams, working with Syrian organizations on rebuilding the health system, deployment of international medical missions, and the provision of medical training and education programs for physicians and allied health workers.  

Dr. Loutfi was born and raised in Syria. She is a graduate of Damascus University Faculty of Medicine, and did her training in pediatrics at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical center in Chicago, IL.
