Full Biography
A former member of the Senior Foreign Service of the U.S. Department of State, Richard Sanders served as Charge d’Affaires and Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S Embassy in Ottawa, 2013-16. Other assignments in his career include service as Foreign Policy Adviser to the Chief of Staff, U.S. Army and as Director of the Department of State’s Office of Brazilian and Southern Cone Affairs.
