Expert Bio

Richard Wennberg is a Staff Assistant Intern for the Global Europe Program at the Wilson Center. His main areas of interest include market regulation, transatlantic trade relations, and the intersection of international law and global security. 

He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree at the University of Helsinki and previously studied international law and dispute resolution during an exchange program at Monash University in Australia. Richard has gained experience in corporate law through his work at major law firms, where he developed a strong interest in competition and economic policy. 

His working languages are Swedish, Finnish, and English.
