Expert Bio

Rose Skylstad is a staff intern at the Wilson Center’s Canada Institute. Rose is entering her final year as a political science and economics major at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, where she studies subject matter ranging from international relations and comparative politics to economic theory. With a background in student journalism and communications, Rose assists the Canada Institute with social media strategy and research assistance.
