Expert Bio

Rose Skylstad is a former staff assistant intern at the Wilson Center’s Canada Institute. She majored in political science and economics at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, where she studied subject matter ranging from international relations and comparative politics to economic theory. With a background in student journalism and communications, Rose assisted the Canada Institute with social media strategy and research assistance.
