Seda Gunes holds a master’s degree in Security Policy Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Her research interests focus on irregular warfare, radicalism, violent extremism, and civil wars, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
