Expert Bio

Vita Spivak is currently an MA student at Oxford University. She holds a BA in Chinese history from the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University. From 2015 to 2018, she was the Coordinator of the "Russia in the Asia-Pacific Region" program of the Carnegie Moscow Center.
