Vivek Prahladan received a Ph.D. in Modern History from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is a Visiting Researcher, Keio University, Japan, and earlier was a Visiting Research Scholar at Department of History, King’s College London. He has written for The National Interest, The Diplomat, Economic and Political Weekly, Asia Sentinel and Dailyo. He is the author of the recently published The Nation Declassified: India and the Cold War World (Har-Anand, Delhi, 2017)
