William Vigil is a former Nicaraguan diplomat who served in New York (at the United Nations) and in Washington, D.C. He was a United Nations staff member for over twenty years, serving in Africa, Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean. Vigil holds a Master’s degree in Economic Development from The American University and is currently the Co-Director of South North Nexus.
