Yuriy Gorodnichenko

Yuriy Gorodnichenko, a native of Ukraine, is a Quantedge Presidential Professor in the

Department of Economics, University of California, Berkeley. He received his BA and MA

degrees from EERC/Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Kyiv, Ukraine) and his PhD from the

University of Michigan. He is a faculty research associate at NBER, a research fellow at IZA

and CEPR, and editor of the Journal of Monetary Economics.
