Wilson Center Benefits
The Wilson Center consists of two separate, but parallel, pay systems (federal and trust). U.S. Civil Service positions are funded by our annual appropriation from the Congress. Trust positions are funded by private donations, grants and gifts to the Wilson Center.
The Wilson Center partners with the Federal Government and the Smithsonian Institution to bring comprehensive and competitive benefits packages to both its federal and nonfederal (Trust) employees. Check out WorkLife@Wilson for additional benefits!
