Kennan Institute Director Blair Ruble Awarded Public Scholar in the Humanities Award by the Humanities Council of Washington, D.C.
Kennan Institute Director Blair Ruble was awarded the Public Scholar in the Humanities Award by the Humanities Council of Washington, D.C. for his book Washington's U Street: A Biography. Dr. Ruble spoke at a panel with fellow honorees, including the local proprietors of Ben's Chili Bowl, Lee's Flower and Card Shop, and Sorg Architects.
