Andrey Loshak

Андрей Лошак — российский журналист, телерепортер и документалист. Начал работать на телевидении в 1995 году в программе Леонида Парфёнова «Намедни — неполитические новости за неделю». С 2001 по 2004 год — корреспондент программ «Сегодня» и «Страна и мир», а также обновлённой программы «Намедни» на телеканале НТВ. С 2004 по 2009 год — постоянный автор телепередачи «Профессия — репортёр». В 2010 году перестал работать на ТВ и годом позже возглавил редакцию журнала Esquire в России. Автор множества документальных фильмов и сериалов. Лауреат премий ТЭФИ, «Лавровая ветвь», «Профессия — журналист», «Редколлегия». 

Andrey Loshak is a Russian journalist, TV reporter, and documentary filmmaker. He started his work on television in 1995, on Leonid Parfenov’s Namedni (“The Other Day”) program, which covered non-political news of the week. From 2001 to 2004, he was a correspondent for the Segodnya (“Today”) and StranaiMir (“The Country and the World”) programs, as well as the new version of Namedni for NTV. From 2004 to 2009, he worked on the Profession: A Reporter television program. In 2010, he left television; a year later, he headed the editorial team of Esquire in Russia. Loshak is the author of numerous documentary films and series. He is the winner of the TEFI, Laurel Branch, Journalism as Profession, and Redkollegia awards.
