LIU Jianfei

Jianfei Liu is Director of the Chinese Foreign Affairs Division and Professor in the Institute of International Strategic Studies at the Central Party School of the CPC. Professor Liu studies U.S. foreign policy and is the author of America and Anti-communism: Ideology-based U.S. Foreign Policy (2001).
