NKIDP e-Dossier no. 2 “North Korean Pilots in the Skies over Vietnam” in the Media

NKIDP is pleased to announce that the newly released e-Dossier, “North Korean Pilots in the Skies over Vietnam,” has received considerable attention from news outlets in Korea and across Asia. The e-Dossier, which features an introduction and translated Vietnamese documents provided by Merle L. Pribbenow, confirms that North Korea dispatched members of its Air Force to North Vietnam beginning in 1967. In addition to training pilots from the People’s Army of Vietnam, the North Korean troops also took part in direct combat operations against U.S. forces, allegedly shooting down 26 American aircraft.
