The Juntos Hacemos Historia coalition has officially named Joaquín Díaz Mena its candidate for the governorship of Yucatán and the opposition coalition, Frente por México (comprised of just the  PAN  and PRI in Yucatán, the PRD will nominate its own candidate) has named Renán Barrera Concha its candidate.
