Aldrin Ballesteros is the Communications Manager for the Mexico Institute at the Wilson Center. A recent graduate of Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a Master of Arts in International Relations, Aldrin is a proud native of the U.S.-Mexico border region, originally from Ciudad Juárez, MX, and El Paso, TX. He is deeply committed to strengthening the economic, political, and cultural relationship between Mexico and the United States.
Prior to joining the Wilson Center in his current role, Aldrin interned at the Mexico Institute as a Staff Assistant, worked in congressional offices both in Washington, D.C., and his home district, and contributed to the U.S. State Department’s Virtual Student Federal Service (VSFS) program. His professional experiences reflect his dedication to enhancing the impact of the Mexican community in the United States and across the Western Hemisphere. Aldrin also serves as Managing Partner at BM Group, where he is involved in various business ventures that reflect his entrepreneurial spirit.
