Expert Bio

Defne Onal is a second-year Honors program student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill working as an intern with the Wilson Center's Middle East Program. She is majoring in Political Science and minoring in French language. She is interested in further studying multilevel governance in both the Middle East and Europe.
