Expert Bio
Maryam Rezaei Zadeh is a Faculty Assistant and the Mentor for Persian House (the Living/Learning component of the Persian Capstone year-long program). She has collaborated with the Persian Flagship Program at the University of Maryland in various capacities since 2013. Maryam received her Master of Public Policy from the School of Public Policy in 2022. She completed her capstone project with the United States Department of State. Her academic interests are international security and relations, focusing on Middle Eastern women. She incorporates her experience and knowledge of the field in working with Persian learners.
