Expert Bio

Gavin Voss is a senior at Rice University where he studies Political Science with a minor in Spanish. Prior to interning at the Wilson Center, Gavin held multiple research assistantships with Political Science professors at Rice. His research interests include extremism, state capacity, and U.S.-Latin America relations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
