Expert Bio
Gina Hinojosa is an Outreach and Communications Intern at the Wilson Center’s Mexico Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies and a minor in Latin American studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining the Wilson Center, Gina held communications and program support positions at the Center for Health and Social Policy at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and at the Teresa Lozano Long Institute for Latin American Studies. She has also interned for a number of nonprofits, including Texas Civil Rights Project and Workers Defense Project, where she advocated for immigrant workers’ rights.
