Guy Laron is a senior lecturer at the international relations department, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously, he was a visiting assistant professor at Northwestern University and a visiting fellow at the University of Oxford. He is the author of two books: "Origins of the Suez Crisis" and "The Six-Day War." His op-eds and stories have appeared in the Guardian, the Nation, History Today, Haaretz, Le Monde Diplomatique, and the American Prospect.
