Expert Bio
Richard Liu is a Research Intern with the Science Technology and Innovation Program’s Serious Games Initiative, working on the Plastic Pipeline project, an in-development educational video game on the ocean plastics crisis. Richard produces, coordinates, and revises the research conducted during game development as well as the broader science and technology policy context. Previously, he interned with the Wilson Center’s China Environment Forum, conducting analysis on coal chemical conversion. His professional interests include China-US environmental cooperation and institutional economics. Richard is currently an undergraduate studying economics at Indiana University Bloomington.
